Refund and return

At Cosplayflying, we strive to offer good and prompt service to all our valued customers. We offer refund, exchange or costume alteration for defective products, missing parts, products having big difference from our description. We also offer a fair return and exchange policy for both of us.

1.Defective/Wrong size/Missing items/items significantly different from our product description.
Buyers should contact us within 7 days signing the items and email us with detailed photos as evidence. Especially for Wrong size costumes, we will send you a new one for free if it is our mistake. So, it's pretty important for customers to provide us detailed photos of the costume when you both wear it and put it on the floor with a measuring tape on to show your measurements. If it caused because of the wrong measurements buyers provided, Cosplayflying are not responsible for it. But if size revision needed only, buyers should send the costume back to us with the postage back and cover the shipping charge then we will revise the costume for free.

Please note that only the listing price of the items would be refunded once the package is sent out from our company. The shipping charges will not be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for returning the items in the original conditions within 2 weeks signing the items at their own expense, Please also tell us the tracking number of the return parcel.

Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging, please kindly check them as follows:
Item with stains.
Item that have been used or washed.
Item with smell of cigarette or perfume. 

2.Order Cancellations/Changing
All costumes from Cosplayflying are made according to our customers' own size, please check your order carefully before checkout. If a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email us in 6 hours after placing the order, Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame.
For that which we have stock like wigs and other ready shipping items , we usually send the same day after purchase, we will make our best efforts to locate the package and make any necessary change. If the order has already been shipped, or cannot be located in the shipping containers, Cosplayflying  will not be responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.

3.Wrong Delivery Address
Cosplayflying  ship all parcels to the shipping address provided by the buyers. Buyers are responsible for providing us complete shipping address information required. If the required shipping information is left off for the order during the checkout process, Cosplayflying is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package either.
